The plot is located between the avenues Vargas and Venezuela. Based on the needs obtained after the site analysis; the project seeks to achieve an architecture that improves the conditions of social exchange, that encourages spaces for recreation but also keeps the identity of the place reinforcing the vicinal link, that becomes a part of the context through the activities that it offers. Generates a space that supports public transportation and consolidates the corner.
