Refurbishment of the service area in a two-story house. The existing laundry room space was too small. The owner chose to eliminate the bathroom to expand the laundry room and transform the bedroom into a pantry.

The laundry room was designed to be an eclectic mix of different colors and materials from the concrete details and ceramic, to industrial-style lamps.
